Samantha the Coton de Tulear is among the cast of characters in Patty Hoffman's October 2023 Collection of Tiny Art Fancy Dogs. Samantha is available to order between now and midnight November 14. Patty will release a new Fancy Dog Collection on the 15th of each month. Each of these adorable 2-inch by 2-inch pooches is painted in water-based gouache on watercolor paper, matted on water-color paper and framed in a white, 4-inch by 4-inch wooden frame with a glass face.
